WritersUA Conference: Only a few weeks to go

Blimey! I just looked at the calendar and realized that in a month’s time I’ll be jetting off to the US to attend the WritersUA Conference for Software User Assistance.

This is a GREAT conference for anyone doing online Help for software, web apps, and the like. It’s small enough to get to know people, and big enough to have great choices of sessions for every time slot. And it always has some awesome speakers.

This year, the conference is at Long Beach, California (March 13 to 16), and my contribution is the Microsoft Hands-on Lab for Word 2010 on Wednesday, 16 March 2011.

Immediately after the conference, I drive down to Del Mar (just north of San Diego) where I’m indulging a personal hobby of mine by attending a 3-day Quilting Workshop with one of the quilting world’s gurus.

I can’t wait for both!
