Translating user interface terms

Are you thinking of making your software or web application suitable for other languages? Daunted by the task ahead of you? Well, Microsoft can help you out a little!

They have provided a 2.8MB CSV file of some 12000 English user interface terms—with translations for around 60 languages. You can download the file from the link at the bottom of this page:
