The vendor-client relationship
July 6, 2009Bill S alerted me to this YouTube video about vendor–client relationships. Fortunately, I’ve been lucky and have had very few customers like this, though I’ve heard plenty of war stories about wanting it all (e.g. websites) but only being prepared to pay the basic price.
