Free online survey software
January 2, 2009Want to conduct a quick survey with some friends, family, or colleagues? Then try one of the free online survey software tools.
There are plenty about, but you can’t go wrong with one of these to start with:
- SurveyMonkey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/
- Zoomerang: http://www.zoomerang.com/ (look for the Basic version which is free)
- Hosted Survey: http://www.hostedsurvey.com/home.html
Pretty nifty to conduct quick surveys (as you mentioned), but you are stuck with the colourful branding of each. Hosted Survey was a new one for me (thanks!)
Another good one to look out for is Lime Survey (http://www.limesurvey.org)
You might like to try a site called SurveyCapture (http://www.surveycapture.com).
You can create and test surveys for free.
Only pay when you publish/distribute the survey with up to 10,000 responses in the basic subscription package.
