Results of Help Authoring Tool survey

The survey results are now available at The Mad Hatter (http://hatmatrix.com/?p=6). Four files are available (all raw data): PDF, Excel, Word .doc (reformatted), and Word .doc (not reformatted). I added some comments to the post, but for the most part, I’m leaving the analysis up to you.
